Weigela florida 'Sonic Bloom' red, or 'Verweig 6',  is an eye catching mounding shrub with glossy green foliage that emerges with a copper tint.   Showy regal red trumpet flowers that rebloom grace the shrub late spring through mid fall.  It is also a hummingbird attractor.
