Euphorbia, also commonly called "Spurge" is one of the largest genera of flowering plants. Spurge can have some similarities to cactus in regards to shape and the ability to go through droughts although they are not true cactus. They have a simplified bloom with no petals. It is the shape and form with which they grow that distinguishes them as something truly remarkable and we certainly appreciate them for their strong posture and architecture. The Euphorbia ammak is also known as the "African Candelabra" due to its natural habitat and upright, branching nature. This variety also features a vareigated stem.
