Celastrus scandens 'Autumn Revolution' or 'Bailumn' bittersweet is a great vine alternative. Generally you need a male and female bittersweet plant to get the much loved orange berries. But you'll only need one Autumn Revolution to be guaranteed a beautiful crop of the biggest berries you ever saw. Makes for a great cut branch in your fresh floral arrangements as well.
